Pesto Note
When you make the pasta you are going to eat with your pesto - to ensure that the pesto sticks to the noodles, use a little of the pasta water or butter after you cook the noodles. The butter or pasta water with make a glue for the pesto to stick too!! Just a tip!
This is a wonderful pasta dish...I enjoyed this dish with Renee and friends and it was a big hit....
